Telco One NZ seeks clearance to acquire Dense Air

New Zealand competition regulator The Commerce Commission has received an application from telecommunications company One New Zealand Group seeking clearance to acquire 100% of the shares in Dense Air New Zealand from Dense Air Limited and SoftBank Corp.

Telstra boosts mobile capacity for Melbourne CBD

Telstra has moved to boost mobile capacity in the Melbourne CBD with the installation of more than 50 new 4G cells at the city’s busiest locations.

Hosted voice and data communications provider MyNetFone has launched a 4G business mobile service as it ramps up delivery of a complete business communications suite including office phone, unlimited broadband and business mobile.

Optus is continuing to invest in its network and services in regional Australia with the latest investment in Bendigo in Victoria of $2.8 million aimed at improving 4G mobile coverage over the next 18 months.
